During the process of screen printing, material to printed must be secured to a frame. This frame is constructed of wood or aluminum. Chosen paint is applied to the material through a screen. A design is converted to a stencil. Areas that will be in the design on the material must be cut out. Stencil is placed in between the material and the screen. Paint is carefully added through the screen to create an imprint. A squeegee is used to even the paint out. When the screen is removed, a desired image is left on the material.
