Raw Materials

This white paste has a light, supple, airy consistency allowing the creation of coatings and relief. It holds tool marks and keeps perfectly the imprint of the relief created, while offering great suppleness to the film. It can be applied as it is or tinted by pre-mixing it with Sennelier Acrylique Paints, with very little shade alteration. Once dry, it can be painted, sanded, or sculpted. It is watersoluble, dries rapidly, and is water-resistant when dry.

Golden Polymer Varnish with UVLS (UltraViolet Light Stabilizers) is a waterborne acrylic polymer varnish that dries to a protective, flexible, dust-resistant surface. Use it as a final sealant over acrylic paint. Polymer Varnishes must be thinned before use. They have been formulated thicker than traditional varnishes, to maintain an even suspension of matting agents. This ensures more consistency in surface reflectance. Varnishes are available in a highly reflective Gloss, and an exceptionally flat Matte. The matte varnish will lighten dark value colors. This varnish is removable with ammonia for restoration purposes. For interior use only.

Maimeri Picture Cracking Varnish is a ready-to-use amber solution that gives paintings and other objects an antique, cracked look. Brush over a surface treated with Patina Varnish. Once the cracks are formed and blackened, apply another coat of Patina Varnish. Temperature and humidity will affect the size of the cracks. Glass bottle with twist-off cap.
