Watercolor Pencils

These professional-quality, water-soluble pencils offer the artist the freedom to switch from drawing to painting in an instant, with no change in tools. Use them to shade on dry paper, then quickly wash over with brush and water to get a blending effect. Use wetted paper for intensified colors with softened edges, or try wetting the pencil first for rich, textured lines. Each pencil is pre-sharpened and has a 3.4 mm diameter color strip.

This set includes Zinc Yellow, Middle Chrome, Deep Vermilion, Magenta, Dark Violet, Emerald Green, Light Blue, Prussian Blue, Sap Green, Raw Umber, Venetian Red, and Ivory Black.

This set includes all of the colors in the Set of 36, plus Cadmium Yellow, Sicilian Yellow, Golden Yellow, Cadmium Orange, Burnt Orange, Mid Vermilion, Scarlet Pink, Hot Red, Carmine Pink, Crimson, Deep Rose, Thistle, Dusky Purple, Dark Purple, Deep Violet, Lagoon, Navy Blue, Deep Blue, Dark Aquamarine, Green Aquamarine, Mallard Green, Vivid Green, Beech Green, Hooker’s Green, Light Olive, Spring Green, Fern, Amber, Oak, Red Oxide, Madder Brown, Dark Chocolate, Sepia Ink, Chinese Ink, Payne’s Gray, and Neutral Gray. A non-soluble Inktense Outliner pencil is also included.
